About Flower Kitchen LLC
We serve gourmet flower and fruit infused cakes, but we’re not your typical bakery shop. We are a pop up bakery. We bake every weekend at a commercial kitchen in order to serve our customer's pre-orders, ready for pick up. Inspired by the drive to reconnect with nature, be self sustainable and enrich our lives during the Covid-19 pandemic, we have partnered with local farmers to offer flower and fruit infused desserts.

I was so so so excited to find this bakery and they really blew my expectations out of the water. I was on a quest to find a cake that wasn't the usual heavy, frosting-lathered, fondant-wrapped, double choco fudge sugar swirl ordeal usually found around here (which more power to you if you like those types of cakes! They're just not for me). And flower kitchen definitely offers something different! I ordered the tripleberry tiramisu cupcakes and the fig, lavender, blueberry cake. The cake was light and moist, the fruit was fresh and delicious, and the frosting was nice and airy and complimented the natural ingredients like the fruit without overwhelming them. I'll be back for sure, and I'm really glad to see they're selling their goods at other businesses here in Erie!

I’m VERY partial to fruit-forward desserts, but my husband is not so much (he’s more of a chocolate/cookie person). So, when he asked me to order a 5-inch fig + lavender + blueberry cake from Flower Kitchen, I was pleasantly surprised and had to oblige. And boy, we BOTH loved it! The sweetness was mild, you could distinguish the flavors of each fruit, and could tell that the lavender was there but was not overpowering! I’m so happy that we have a unique bakery like Amy and Chet’s here in Erie, and I look forward to try their other creations!

OMG! I just tried two absolutely delicious cupcakes today from Flower Kitchen and the wonderful Chet. Both the Pumpkin Spice Cranberry Pecan Rosemary and the Raspberry Mascarpone Chocolate cupcakes were out of this world. The flavors of both are like a party in your mouth. I couldn’t believe how flavorful and light tasting they were. Definitely a huge fan and number one lover of @FlowerKitchen.

Flower Kitchen has the most diverse selection of cakes that I have had in the Erie area. Their flavors are all unique and delicious with an excellent selection of ingredients. Their triple berry tiramisu, raspberry white chocolate vanilla pudding, and mango pineapple dragon fruit cakes are some of the most diverse and flavorful options, but I have yet to have a slice of any of their cakes that isn’t great.

Flower Kitchen, not only the best pops also the best cakes. There are many exceptional bakers in Erie and their pops and cakes are very good, BUT their ingredients, baking techniques, recipes, frosting and process procedures are 80-90% the same resulting in similar products with slightly different varieties. However Flower Kitchen is different and unique and separate from others. If you want a truly unique experience which reflects your unique personality try Flower Kitchen. Make yourself happy and bring joy to others !
